कमाल अमरोही ने साल 1958 में 'कमालिस्तान स्टूडियो' की स्थापना की थी. इस स्टूडियो में 'महल' (1949), 'पाकीजा' (1972) और 'रजिया सुल्तान' (1983) जैसी फिल्मों की शूटिंग हुई.
